1. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Before operating the breaker, always wear:
Safety helmet
Safety glasses or face shield
Hearing protection (earplugs or earmuffs)
Heavy-duty gloves (anti-vibration recommended)
Steel-toe safety boots
Dust mask or respirator when breaking concrete or masonry
2. Pre-Use Checks
Inspect the breaker for visible damage (cable, plug, casing, handles)
Ensure the chisel/point is correct and securely locked
Check power supply or extension lead for damage and correct rating
Ensure the work area is clear of debris and bystanders
Confirm there are no hidden electrical cables or pipes in the work area
3. Correct Operation
Hold the breaker firmly with both hands
Maintain stable footing and good balance
Position the chisel at a slight angle (not perfectly vertical)
Start only when the chisel is in contact with the surface
Let the tool do the work — do not force it
Work in short bursts to reduce vibration
Take regular breaks to prevent Hand-Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS)
4. During Use – Safety Rules
Never operate above shoulder height
Do not use damaged or blunt chisels
Keep hands away from the impact area
Stop immediately if abnormal vibration, sparks, or overheating occurs
Keep cables positioned safely behind you
5. After Use
Switch off and unplug before changing chisels
Allow the machine to cool before storage
Clean dust and debris from the tool
Inspect chisels for wear or cracks
Store in a dry, secure location
6. Prohibited Actions
Do not operate while tired or under the influence of alcohol/medication
Do not modify the tool or safety features
Do not operate without PPE
Do not use for unintended applications
⚠ Important:
This machine requires sufficient oil to operate properly.
Use Hydraulic 68 oil
Regularly check the oil level via the glass peep hole located at the bottom of the machine
Failure to maintain adequate oil levels may cause damage not covered under warranty
Damage caused by overheating is not covered under warranty
Allow the machine to cool down during use
Overheating may weaken steel components and cause breakages
Warranty Period: 3 Months
Covers factory faults only
Improper use, misuse, or neglect is not covered
The repair centre reserves the right to inspect usage
Damage due to improper use or insufficient oil is excluded
If the machine is damaged due to improper use or lack of oil, the customer will be liable for:
Transportation costs to and from the repair centre
Labour and repair costs to correct the issue
